Is this service available nationwide?

Yes, we are able to research nationwide.

Do you guarantee the information you provide is 100% accurate?

No, we absolutely do not guarantee that the information we provide on policies is accurate. Nor, can we guarantee that the policy in question was in force on the date of loss or if the vehicle is covered by the insurance policy.

Is a rush request available?

Yes, for an additional fee we can can provide the report within 24 hours.

How will the report be delivered?

Our reports are generated in PDF format and are emailed once available. We also include an invoice and paid receipt with the report.

Will I receive a refund if you are unable to fulfill my request?

Yes, we refund 100% of the payment back to you if we are unable to discover your requested information. We request a payment with the order because we believe that our research methods are quick, efficient and accurate. Therefore, 99% of the time, we will be able to provide your requested information. Please note that currently we are unable to provide any policy information on AAA policies.

Do you provide information on Homeowners or Umbrella policies?

At the moment, we do not service Homeowners or Umbrella policies. We specialize in Automobile insurance policies. Please periodically check back with us as this might change.
